Our 2026 leadership team!

We’ve got people, they are pretty cool!

Our team works to make StudioU the best it can be! Our leadership has interests that are versatile and allow any student to have access to help no mater how they want to be involved.

President

Genevieve Gray

(She/Her) I am a Senior, studying Data Science. I’ve been on the crew for so many of our awesome projects and recently I got the chance to direct my own! As President I oversee everything about StudioU and I’m always thinking of new things to make the club even better. So if you ever have a question I’m just a slack message away :) I love to work on as many things as I can. I’m especially keen on editing and hands on work on set, but I’ll do whatever the project needs! I’m excited to work on new projects and get to know new members this semester :)

Vice President

Dilan Parekh

(He/Him/His) I’m a Junior studying Journalism. As the Vice President I Primarily run general meetings and help president run day-to-day operations. I also help organize and assign general tasks to other officers. As VP I'll also be assisting the director of inventory in teaching members how to use the equipment during workshops, shoots, and meetings, and I'll also be assisting the executive producer in supporting each project group with whatever they may need! I have mainly been a camera operator and editor since joining StudioU, as the new VP I'd like to continue doing that but also move more into teaching members how to do those roles. I'm always an email or slack message away if anyone needs help with anything!
